We are pleased to announce that Marko Tien and Philip Wu were awarded the West Point Grey Community Centre Youth Scholarships this past month. The two of them have made a difference in their community and in their school but especially in the West Point Grey Community Centre. Both Marko and Philip were active members in the Youth Council for the past two years, volunteered for every special event, were involved in the organization of events for preteens such as the Dive in Movie Nights at Lord Byng Pool and fundraised for both BC Children’s Hospital and Canucks Place. Thank you Marko and Philip for all your hard work and good luck at the University of Toronto this Fall.
