Dennis has lived in West Point Grey since 1991 and has participated in a weekly program at the West Point Grey CC gym for several years. He has been involved in the financial and venture capital markets for over 30 years. He has been involved in the founding, financing, initial public listing and building of several companies, four of which have been the subject of successful takeover bids. Dennis was the founding Director and Executive Chairman of Uranerz Energy Corporation before that company merged with Energy Fuels Inc. in a $320 million business combination. He currently serves on the board of TSX and NYSE-listed Energy Fuels. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.
