The West Point Grey Scholarships are awarded each year to graduating secondary students in the community who have made a difference at the West Point Grey Community Centre or/and in the community at large. These students have spent time volunteering for special events, programs, day camps, or other activities that benefit our community. Some of the past scholarship recipients have even gone on to become staff at WPG either in Summer Day Camps or other activities. Others have gone on to pursue their studies in such fields as Recreation, Education, and Medicine. The purpose of the bursary is to provide financial assistance to students in order to pursue post-secondary education in the field of their interest.
