Lorna has been taking piano lessons for the past seven years, since 2011 with Victoria, here at West Point Grey Community Centre. It wasn’t until later on in life that Lorna found an interest in taking lessons as she always had a piano around growing up. Lorna thoroughly enjoys the lessons and the friendship that she has created with Victoria, who she says in an absolutely wonderful teacher. Lorna just celebrated her 93rd birthday and is planning to continue taking lessons and playing the piano for years to come. Victoria would like to congratulate Lorna on her dedication to the lessons and let her know that she is absolute inspiration to her and others.
